"Hit the Corn" — Y2Kids Project

Hit the Corn began as a university project in 2024, initially developed as a browser game at the National University of Rafaela. During 2025, we worked on a more complete and stable version, which we showcased at various events across Santa Fe, Rosario, and at EVA Buenos Aires, thanks to the selection from the provincial program Game Factory .

In this project, I work as the main programmer, designer, and part of the general production of the game.

We are currently focused on improving the Hit the Corn! experience and expanding its reach. We are working on localization, polishing, and preparing a potential closed demo for multiple platforms.

The latest versions of the game are available on Itch.io. You can also follow our updates on Instagram.

Events & Showcases

We had the opportunity to showcase the game at various gaming and digital culture events, including EVA Buenos Aires —the most important event in the Argentine game industry—, the Vero in Rosario, and the Demos showcase in Santa Fe.

We also participated in cultural spaces such as Crack Bang Boom, showcasing the game among artists, fanzines, and cosplayers. At the Rosario Gaming Expo, we received recognition for being a title suitable for all audiences.

In each presentation, I participated as a developer and co-producer, representing the Y2Kids team, explaining our development process and mechanics, and presenting our progress to players, colleagues, and industry professionals.
